Riesling Laimburg 2014

The Riesling of Laimburg is one of the "Wines of the Podere"; these are white wines that are brought to maturation in stainless steel tanks and have a strong varietal character and an intensely fruity aroma. The vineyards are located in Montefranco, near Merano, and Seeborg, near Bressanone; after the grape harvest, the wort is brought to fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a capacity between 10 and 80 hl, here the cooling tools allow you to monitor the progress of maceration to extract optimal in a natural way and the tannins in the skins of grapes and expand a rose smells really intense and interesting. The bouquet is typical of RieslingRenano: persistent and elegant notes of yellows fruits such as apricot and peach and floral scents that are balanced with freshness and minerality typical of this white wine.
