Nero d'Avola 'Harmonium' Firriato 2012

Harmonium is a wine that carries deeper meanings. Harmony but also music since the harmonium is a keyboard musical instrument. Excellent example of Nero d'Avola that enhances any intrinsic quality of the grape and of Sicily itself. Harmony of taste to try with saddle of venison with wild plums.
